A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes will be fulfilled once approved from our shipping department to ensure the order has not been processed or shipped. We make every effort to maintain our inventory and make "without a order button" on our website. Changes must be e-mailed to Email For Changes!
Backorders | to the top On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly or we will leave the back-ordered item live so we may ship them as soon as they arrive. We may also email you to let you know that the remaining product is out of stock. You may decide at that point whether or not you would like us to back order the out-of-stock product.
At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. International customers should revisit our site frequently for out-of-stock items, since we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available. On a rare ocassions, when a item is out-of-stock then GoldenMartBeautySupply.com shall have the right to replace a item that is similar in quality, type, and price. Cancellation Or Refusal | to the top
Orders cancellations made after you have submitted your order will not be honored. Color changes to an order will be given all effort, but may not be fulfilled. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be an additional shipping charges added to reship. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Once a refused package is returned to us, a restocking fee charge of 40% will be deducted from the total. Orders may reship without notice to the corrected address or with another shipping carrier.Any item/items that are listed on our site is in stock ready to ship.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or get in store credit on most items, less shipping, within 30 days.
We accept exchanges on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to exchange these products to the manufacturer, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all exchanged merchandise. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the exchange note. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be kept as an in store credit. Shipping fee will not be credited or refunded with any return.We do not re-sell any returned wigs. So we may protect all our customers from any bacteria or odors and you can buy with confidence. Wigs must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for any return). Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Product(s): Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders, magazines and cd/dvd's.
If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized. All electrical appliances carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Address Change/Update PolicyAny address change request made via e-mail or phone after the order has been processed and during the transit via UPS will be charged $15.00 automatically upon customer's request to change or update address.
Lost or Stolen Packages | to the top
GoldenMartBeautySupply will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to have delivered according to our tracking system. We will do our best to inquire USPS and UPS to help you assist in retrieving your package. If the package was left by USPS with delivery confirmation # attached, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.. If the package was left by UPS only and you do not have your package, please Contact Us immediately for us to start an investigation with UPS. They will complete the investigation within 8 business days. GoldenMartBeautySupply will not reship any replacement package without the completed investigation by UPS.
